Since it was first launched in 2012, the Happiness at Work Survey has become the most popular and widely used survey tool measuring employee happiness. Improving employee happiness

Friday doesn’t only measure employee experience. It is also designed to provide insights to teams and senior leaders that enable them to improve happiness at work.

We help every team have a brief weekly meeting to discuss their happiness last week and make plans to build on their successes and address any frustrations.

Special reporting for senior leaders allows them to instantly have an oversight on how every team is doing as well as identify any actions to take.
